# Prompts and resources

> Ready-made prompts and the record resource the MCP server offers.

Besides tools, the server offers 2 prompts and 1 resource template. Clients show prompts in their prompt or slash-command menu, and let you attach resources to a conversation without a tool call.

## Prompts

### Prepare an account review

`prepare_account_review`

Brief on one company before a meeting or review: record, recent activity, open work, deals and signals.

**company\_id** `string` *required*

The company record id (heliyos\_records\_lookup finds it).

### Daily pipeline summary

`daily_pipeline_summary`

Summarise today's pipeline: deals, open tasks, runs waiting on a person and new signals.

This prompt takes no arguments.

## Resources

### Heliyos record

`heliyos://records/{id}` · `application/json`

One record (company, person, deal or custom object row) as JSON: id, object\_type, schema\_id, name, every field, linked records and timestamps. The same data as heliyos\_records\_get with response\_format detailed.
