Heliyos keeps three related views of a record’s activity. Pick the one that fits your question.

Events

Events are the audit trail. Each event says what kind of change it was (AUDIT, INTERACTION or ENRICHMENT), the operation (CREATE, UPDATE, DELETE), and who acted (USER, AGENT for a worker, or SYSTEM). This is how Heliyos keeps worker activity visible: a field a worker changed shows the worker as the actor. A record’s events include the events of things linked to it, such as a note on the company or a task about the deal. Use metadata.objectType to tell them apart.

Interactions

Interactions come from connected mailboxes and calendars. Email threads and meetings link to the people and companies they involve. Read them to sync activity into another system, or to give your own tools the same context Heliyos workers use.
Interactions can include message bodies and meeting transcripts. Store and display them with the same care as the mailboxes they came from.

The AI-written timeline

The timeline is a narrative summary that Heliyos writes on a schedule. A record without recent activity may have no entries. Use it for a quick read of an account, and events for anything you need to be exact about.
